SIF celebrates 10 years of Singapore-Myanmar collaboration with the launch of the Early Childhood Care & Development Resource Book. The book, in both Myanmar and English languages, is distributed free to over 3,000 preschools to benefit over 36,000 preschool teachers and 360,000 children in Myanmar.
