Our Programmes

The Raffles Programme was launched in 1995 to allow senior Japanese civil servants the chance to better understand current issues relevant to Japan-Singapore relations. Visitors not only meet with their local counterparts in the various ministries and agencies for discussions and exchanges, but also visit public institutions like MENDAKI and the National Library.
