YBAs will be provided with the following during their participation in the programme:

• 10-week work placement in the host country
• Networking opportunities with counterparts from the private and public sector in the host country
• Return economy class air passage
• Basic travel insurance
• Visa
• Accommodation for the duration of the programme
• Living allowance

YBAs Selection Criteria:

• Be 35 years or younger as of 31 December 2010
• Have at least three years’ professional experience, excellent track record and possess good understanding of your industry/field
• Display independence, versatility and willingness to take on new challenges
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and value networking
• Display knowledge and keen interest in Singapore and China’s political, socio-economic and cultural environment
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Singapore citizen or permanent resident
