Since 2000, the YBA programme has seen the participation of corporations in Singapore including The Esplanade Co Ltd, CapitaLand Ltd, DBS, Fullerton Hotel, Land Transport Authority, OCBC, Shook Lin and Bok Advocates and Solicitors, SIM University, Singapore Airlines Ltd, StarHub Ltd, Surbana International Consultants Pte Ltd and UOB, amongst others. The support of these local organisations has been instrumental to the success of the YBA programme and we look forward to having your organisation on board.

As a participating organisation, you can select your best and brightest employees to be part of this iconic programme and incorporate the YBA Programme as part of your HR training and development plans. Your employees will:

From hosting a foreign YBA, your company can also achieve the following:

Participating companies are not required to make any financial commitment as both the Singaporean and foreign YBAs will be provided with the following:
- Return economy class air passage
- Basic travel insurance
- Travel visa
- Accommodation for the duration of the programme
- Living allowance
Roles and responsibilities of the participating organisation
- Select outstanding candidates with a keen interest in the host city for the programme
- Provide support to the Singapore YBA pre-departure
- Provide a 10-week work placement relevant to the skills, experience and interest of the incoming YBA
- Plan a relevant work plan for the incoming YBA Maximise the learning experience and exchange opportunities between the incoming YBA and staff of the organisation
- Take the initiative to expose the incoming YBA to the work culture and different functions of your organisation
