Singapore International Foundation

Through the Young Business Ambassadors (YBA) programme, an exchange platform, we reach out to aspiring young professionals aged 21 to 35 from Singapore and partner countries such as China and Australia. These youths spend up to 10 weeks immersed in the all-round experience of working and living in the host country.

The overseas exposure offers these youths a valuable opportunity to develop global perspectives, share work experience, build international business links, and gain an understanding of foreign business environments.

At the annual joint orientation programme in Singapore, YBAs will have the opportunity to visit various relevant organisations and government agencies, and network with business leaders, community leaders and government officials.

Supporters of the YBA programme in Singapore include DBS, UOB, Shook Lin & Bok LLP, OCBC, Singapore Airlines Ltd, SIM University, CapitaLand Ltd, Surbana Corporation Pte Ltd and Starhub Ltd among others.

Programme Structure

• Joint appointment ceremony in Singapore
