Volunteer Journey
Because we want to build long-term self-reliance in the communities we work with, we seek volunteers who are deeply committed. And because we want to build a meaningful experience for our volunteers, we work hard to provide the tools and support you need to fulfill your passion for helping.
So we’ve put together a comprehensive package to prepare, equip and support you on your journey as an international volunteer, seeking to offer you a meaningful and rewarding experience where you can make lasting friendships and leave behind tangible and sustainable results for overseas communities.
But that's not all. We’re also constantly looking to learn, and to do things better, so we closely monitor and evaluate each programme, seeking honest feedback and input from you on our programmes and your experience with us.
We host events and initiatives to recognise and honour our volunteers. But more than that, we hope you will continue to be an active part of our vibrant community, sharing your experiences, inspiring others as a valued alumnus, inviting friends to go on their own volunteer journey and continuing to partner with us on new projects.
