Multimedia Designer, Corporate Communications Department

Responsibilities:

You will provide design and video editing support to the Corporate Communications (CC) department, particularly for its web platforms. This includes editing and converting videos, designing CC collaterals, uploading stories, videos and images to online sites and archiving. You will also help out at CC projects and events as necessary.

Principal Accountabilities (describe in detail functions)

  1. Graphic design
    • Design and layout e-newsletters, electronic direct mailers, online banners and other CC collaterals, as necessary
    • Ensure that videos and collaterals conform to corporate branding guidelines
  2. Video production
    • Edit and convert videos for SIF’s web platforms, the media and to meet other CC needs
    • This includes acting as cameraman and producer where necessary
  3. Content management
    • Help upload articles, videos and photos to websites and social medial platforms
    • Archive videos and photos
  4. Other duties
    • General support for CC outreach and corporate events
    • Other duties in the CC department as assigned, such as to write meeting

Requirements:

You should have a diploma in multimedia arts or the equivalent, and be proficient in graphic design, video production, HTML coding and web design, and software like Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. A working knowledge of content management systems will stand you in good stead.

If you are a team player who can follow through on projects in a fast-paced environment, you will excel. You will also need to have good communication skills and an eye for detail, and be proactive, creative and versatile. At least 2 years of relevant experience is preferred although fresh graduates will be considered.

Executive (Community Partnerships)

Responsibilities:

  • Administer an manage direct service projects overseas
  • Volunteer administration and management for direct service projects
  • Manage partnerships with host agencies, donors and volunteers
  • Assist in Review and Documentation of CP processes

Requirements:

  • Singaporean or PR
  • Polytechnic or University Graduate with 3 years’ relevant experience in Project Management
  • Good communication skills with high proficiency in writing
  • Dynamic and able to work independently
  • People oriented person who works well in a team
  • IT savvy

Senior Executive /Assistant Manager (Project & Volunteer Administration)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the International Volunteerism (IV) Department in training its pool of volunteers in accordance with its SIF’s Volunteer Management Policies and Practices so as to ensure an effective and meaningful volunteer experience
  • Organise events and carry out activities to appreciate and engage volunteers and promote networking and knowledge sharing among volunteers
  • Lead the effort to take stock of, organize and update project and volunteer information within IV Department
  • Assist in ascertaining the Knowledge Management requirements of the IV Department and support the building of the Volunteer and Project Information Management Systems

Requirements:

  • Good degree in any discipline with 3 years of relevant experience in knowledge management or project/volunteer administration
  • Event Management experience will be an advantage
  • IT savvy with a high level of proficiency in MS Excel and Access
  • Meticulous, accurate and able to write well
  • Independent worker who is able to work with a dynamic and highly mobile team
