An alumnus of the SIF-ASEAN Student Fellowship, Taweesak (Tao) was appointed in December 2019 as the SIF Representative in Bangkok.
Since 2015, Tao has been fostering people-to-people ties between the Thai community and Singaporeans by facilitating KMUTT’s study visits at SIF Connects! Singapore. He was also a contributing writer to Singapore: Insights from the Inside, Vol. III, an SIF publication that provides fresh perspectives on Singapore from our friends across the globe. In his thought piece, he shared his views on the importance of nurturing the next generation of ASEAN leaders.
Tao is trained in political science and earned his master’s and doctorate degrees in Public Administration and Public Policy from the University of York, United Kingdom. He attained his Executive Coach certification from the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute.
