Sync Singapore Programme

This training programme focuses on the interplay between leadership and disability. Developed and facilitated by UK pioneers Jo Verrent and Sarah Pickthall, it supports artists and arts managers with disabilities who want to make a difference in and through the arts.

Sync has been conducted in various parts of Europe, Australia, and South Korea. In 2019, the SIF worked with British Council Singapore, National Arts Council and Very Special Arts to bring this programme to Singapore for the very first time.

The Sync Singapore Programme 2019 saw participants from Singapore, Cambodia and Malaysia taking part in multiple one-on-one coaching sessions and an intensive five-day workshop. Participants learned how to develop their leadership skills and design their own pioneering pathway in the arts sector.
