Mentoring for the YSE Global programme is a great experience in many ways, but I enjoy it particularly for two reasons. First, it allows me to support young, enthusiastic entrepreneurs, whose hearts are set to solve challenging and highly impactful problems. Sharing my experience helps them either improve on their ideas or avoid pitfalls that many entrepreneurs and I have faced several times in our careers. YSE Global also gives me a platform to interact with highly innovative and creative individuals, showing me new ways to address some of the most pressing issues of our time, and offer me an early peek into potential new ventures and investments.
