Outcomes: This project was launched as an initiative sponsored by Keppel Land, with support from its Vietnamese joint venture companies, International Centre and Quang Ba Royal Park. We transformed a van into a mobile library, which visited 10 rural villages in Hanoi to enable residents to enjoy the library’s books, Internet, and multimedia facilities. Our staff and volunteers conducted reading and storytelling sessions, and coached villagers to use the Internet and other multimedia information tools.
