Strategic Management Division

 

The Strategic Management Division is responsible for corporate planning, business and partnership development and budget management. Planning & Partnership formulates and implements plans that strengthen engagement and cooperation between Singaporeans and world communities, in partnership with all SIF divisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement plans that strengthen engagement and cooperation between Singaporeans and world communities.
  • Develop understanding of operating markets and identify areas of collaboration.
  • Drive partnership activities locally and overseas to build meaningful networks that support programme growth.
  • Identify funding opportunities and areas of collaboration with partners while meeting strategic outcomes.
  • Develop and lead new strategic priorities where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in international relations, strategy formulation, business development, alumni engagement and strategic communications.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent stakeholder engagement and alumni management skills.
  • Excellent communications skills – written and spoken; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
  • Enjoys working across cultures, both locally and overseas.
  • Prior overseas assignments and/or experience are advantageous.
  • Open and willing to work in a matrix team structure.
  • Singaporean.
