Communications & Engagement Division
The Communications & Engagement Division provides specialist services including corporate communications, marketing and stewardship of stakeholders.
The Engagement team comprises volunteer managers who recruit and steward the SIF’s community of Citizen Ambassadors (CAs), that enable our work in bringing people together to share their ideas, skills and resources to uplift lives and effect positive change. They are marketing communications specialists who effectively promote our our work to build stronger ties and trust between Singaporeans and world communities.

Responsibilities:
We seek a candidate who is skilled in stakeholder engagement, able to manage the outreach, recruitment, stewardship and training of volunteers. You must have experience in building capacity and synergies along the SIF volunteer growth pipeline. Enjoy meeting people, planning, organising and executing networking events and roadshows to showcase the work of the SIF. Manage and maintain the alumni database while supporting the administrative and logistical needs of volunteers and their assignments, both e-volunteering and physical (when travel permits).
- Degree holder with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.

Good knowledge of best practices in volunteer management and stewardship.

Good project management and database management skills.

Proficiency in other Asian languages is an added advantage.

Open and willing to work in a matrix team structure.

Able to travel overseas (when possible).
