The Singapore International Foundation is a non-profit organisation founded in 1991. Its mission is to build a better world through shared ideas, skills and experiences, so as to uplift lives and create greater understanding between Singaporeans and world communities.

Volunteers Appreciation Night 2009

The Singapore International Foundation (SIF) welcomed over 200 guests at the Volunteers Appreciation Night on 23 October 2009, at the Marriot Hotel.

It was a night that belonged specially to the volunteers who have contributed to SIF's projects spanning eight countries in 35 different capacity building projects.

SIF Patron, His Excellency, President S R Nathan, graced the event and presented tokens of appreciation to the volunteers.

SIF would like to extend its heartfelt thanks to all guests for attending the dinner and making the event a memorable night.
