Associate Professor Reuben Wong was appointed as a member of the Singapore International Foundation’s Board of Governors and a member of the Executive Committee in 2021.
Reuben Wong is Associate Vice President (Global Relations) at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He was the founding Director of Studies (2012-19) at the College of Alice and Peter Tan (CAPT), where he has been a Resident Fellow since 2019.
An Associate Professor in the Political Science Department at NUS, he was Jean Monnet Professor in European Integration and Foreign Policy, the first Jean Monnet Chair in Singapore (2013-16), Assistant Head of Department, and Deputy Convenor of the International Studies Programme. He earned an M.Phil in European Politics at Oxford, and a PhD in International Relations at the LSE on an NUS Overseas Graduate Scholarship.
A Fulbright scholar (2009), he is an Associate Fellows at the EU Centre Singapore, Senior Research Affiliate (EU-China programme) at the College of Europe in Bruges.
