Adaptation through Water: Mobilising the Private Sector for Climate Adaptation in Southeast Asia 

As an initiative of the Singapore International Foundation, in collaboration with the World Economic Forum, the Southeast Asia Partnership for Adaptation through Water (SEAPAW) is the region’s first platform to focus on water as a strategic approach to climate change adaptation.  

This paper, developed with the World Economic Forum in collaboration with Boston Consulting Group, analyses the key water challenges facing Southeast Asian countries and supports SEAPAW’s vision and objectives and hopes to offer a model for application in other parts of the world.
