Asia's Rising Circle
Asia’s Rising Circle (ARC) is a regional youth development programme for changemakers on the cusp of breaking through. It nurtures a community of forward-looking leaders across Asia, who can harness disruption for opportunity and impact.
As a multi-year initiative, the programme unfolds through annual ARCs, each focused on a theme shaping economic opportunity and social mobility. Participants will explore the intersections of health, employment, and education. Each ARC stands alone, yet together they form the larger Circle — a growing community of changemakers across Asia.
The upcoming second edition of ARC will spotlight employability, exploring how young leaders can strengthen adaptability and develop future-ready capabilities for an evolving global workforce.
The inaugural ARC, held in January 2026, focused on health, highlighting resilience and well-being as levers for progress and mobility. The third edition of ARC will explore how agile learning pathways can broaden access to opportunity across generations.
