From Risk Recognition to Coordinated Action: A Flood Damage Reduction Roadmap
The Southeast Asia Partnership for Adaptation through Water (SEAPAW) – an initiative of the Singapore International Foundation (SIF), in collaboration with the World Economic Forum – is the region's first multi-stakeholder platform focused on advancing climate adaptation through a water lens.
Developed through inputs from members of the SEAPAW Flood Damage Reduction Working Group, this roadmap examines how stakeholders across Southeast Asia can move from recognising flood risks to taking collective action. It provides a practical framework to strengthen flood resilience by aligning stakeholders, aggregating needs, and supporting coordinated investment in flood damage reduction.
